Simply enter your clients' FTP, email or Dropbox details on our website, and create a distribution group. Log in to our secure FTP server, drop your files in the group's folder and we'll instantly send them out to all members of the group.

There's no need to change anything in your photo metadata, simply drop the files in the correct folder on our FTP server using any FTP program.
We'll send you an email if any photos fail to send, e.g. if we can't connect to the FTP server or the email bounces.
We support Secure FTP (SFTP) which means your login credentials and files are encrypted, stopping any pesky users snooping on your data.
Your clients trust you with their FTP details and you can trust us with them too. All passwords are encrypted using military grade AES-256 encryption.
For agency accounts, each photographer receives a unique login. If their details are lost, or they leave, you can disable their account without requiring all of your photographers to re-enter their details.
Agency plans come with our Assignment Manager, which allows you to add assignments for your photographers. Assignments consist of a caption — which can be generated using our powerful template system — and a list of destinations.
Your photographers can then log in to Send Once, download their captions and send via Send Once. We will then distribute to your chosen destinations.
